You may return hornï products purchased from this website (the ‘Website’) if the following specific conditions are met.
General Terms & Conditions for Returns
hornï products comprising underwear shall not be eligible for returns UNLESS such products are returned due to the presence of manufacturing defects. Returns of hornï underwear products for any other reason are not permitted and shall not be accepted.
If returned products are accepted by hornï for refund, the full amount paid (excluding any and all shipping fees, duties, and taxes) will be credited back to the purchaser as per the original form of payment used.
Returns will only be considered for acceptance if returned item(s) are recorded as dispatched for its return within 14 calendar days of the original receipt by the customer as evidenced, or if no such evidence of the actual date of receipt exists such receipt shall be defined as being 5 days from the recorded dispatch date to the customer. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, returns of any hornï products shall not be accepted if the 14 day return conditions defined above are not met.
Returns of hornï products purchased online may only be made via our online returns procedure cannot be made at any physical store or sales location advertising, stocking or selling hornï products.
Costs & Fees
In the event a return is requested by a purchaser for any reason other than an agreed manufacturing defect or due to damage inflicted during delivery of the product as determined by hornï as being properly evidenced, then a processing fee equivalent to US$ 5 (five US Dollars) will be charged for each return made by customers in the United Kingdom and Europe and a fee equivalent to US$ 20 (twenty US Dollars) will be charged for each return made from a country outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union. The processing fee will be deducted from the total amount agreed by hornï refund.
Condition of Return Items
Returned items must be in new and resalable condition and accompanied with the original product packaging.
hornï products returned to us that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer at customer’s cost.
